It shall be decided to confiscate narcotics, psychotropic substances, and plants that produce narcotics or psychotropic substances, which are the subject of one of the crimes punishable under this Law by Decree. It shall also order the confiscation of devices, tools, machines, objects, funds, seized materials and means of transportation that may have been used in committing the crime, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties.
