Whoever is arrested in any of the places referred to in the previous Article with knowledge thereof shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than six months and not more than a year and a fine of not less than ten thousand dirhams and not more than twenty thousand dirhams. The provision of this Article shall not apply to the spouse, ascendants, or descendants of a person who manages, prepares or provides the place.
