1. Without prejudice to international agreements to which the State is a party or any other law, two lists of chemical precursors used in the manufacture of Medical Products are attached to this Decree-Law. 2. The two lists of chemical precursors attached to this Decree-Law may be amended by addition or deletion, and other lists of chemical precursors may be added and amended by addition or deletion, by a decision of the Chairman or his delegate after the approval of a committee formed by a resolution of the Cabinet.
