Article 176 — Article (176) Executive Resolutions

Part Nine: Final Provisions

1. The Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law shall specify, in particular, the terms and conditions of the following: a. Providing the necessary Pharmaceutical Products and medical supplies to meet the community needs on a permanent basis. b. Circulation donated Medical Products. c. Temporary licensing for visiting Pharmacists. d. Maintaining Medical Products during pharmacy maintenance. 2. The Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law shall be issued by a resolution of the Cabinet based on the proposal of the President and after coordination with the Ministry, the Competent Health Authorities and other concerned parties. 3. The Chairman, the Minister, or the head of the Competent Health Authority shall issue any other decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Decree-Law, each within the limits of their jurisdiction, including the list of violations and administrative penalties, in compliance with the provisions of this Decree-Law.
