1. Subject to the legislation in force in the State, it is not permitted to move the Pharmaceutical Laboratory from one place to another, or make any change in its plan in accordance with which its license was issued, without the approval of the EDE. 2. Without prejudice to the legislation in force in the State, the Ownership of the Pharmaceutical Laboratory may be transferred to a third party with the approval of the EDE in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law.
