1. Subject to the legislation in force in the State, the Marketing Office may not be moved from one place to another without the approval of the EDE. 2. Without prejudice to the legislation in force in the State, the Ownership of the Marketing Office may be transferred to a third party with the approval of the EDE after providing evidence that a different Medical Products company has acquired the company represented by the licensed Marketing Office and fulfilling the conditions and controls specified in the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law.
