The Marketing Office may not: 1. Practice any activity not licensed. 2. Importing or storing Medical Products for sale or distribution. 3. Dealing with other unlicensed Pharmaceutical Establishments. 4. Any other prohibitions specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law. The Owner of the Marketing Office and the person responsible shall be liable for violating the provisions of this Article.
