1. Labour lawsuits shall be exempted from judicial fees at all stages of litigation and execution, as well as the requests submitted by Workers or their heirs of which value does not exceed one hundred thousand (100,000) AED. 2. The Cabinet may - upon the proposal of the Minister of Justice - amend the value referred to in Clause (1) of this Article, by increase or decrease, whenever necessary.
