Article 14 — Article (14) Prohibition of Forced Labour and Other Prohibitions

1. The Employer may not use any means that would make or force the Worker or threaten him with any penalty to work for him or force him to perform work or provide a service against his will. 2. Sexual harassment, bullying, or any verbal, physical or psychological violence against the Worker by the Employer, his superiors, colleagues, or co-workers shall be prohibited.
