1. Whoever attempts to commit the crimes stipulated in Articles (6),(7),(9),and (11) of this Decree-Law shall be punished with the penalty of the complete crime. 2. Whoever participates in committing the crimes set forth in Articles (2),(6),(7),(9),(10),and (11) of this Decree-Law as a direct or causative accomplice shall be deemed the perpetrator thereof.
