Part 3: Documentary Evidence

1.In cases where documentary evidence shall be allowed, documentary evidence may be replaced by judicial admission, assertory oath or the principle of documentary evidence supported by another means of proof, in matters where no particular provision is stipulated in this Law. 2.The principle of documentary evidence shall be applicable to any writing by a litigant, which would make the claimed act likely to exist.
