1.Notwithstanding the procedures regulating the profession of experts, the court or supervising judge, as the case may be, may, based on a decision to be recorded in the hearing transcript, assign an expert to orally express his opinion on a simple technical matter that do not require a prolonged or complicated work, and the court may decide that the opinion shall be given in writing. 2.The court or the supervising judge, as the case may be, may schedule in the decision the date of the hearing at which the expert will provide his opinion orally or the time limit within which the written opinion shall be provided.
