1.Whoever fears the loss of the distinguishing features of an incident, which may become disputable before courts, may request its inspection and establishment of its current status and submit a statement of claim for summary proceedings to the competent court according to the governing procedures. The inspection and establishment of the current status shall be made pursuant to the provisions of Article (107) of the present Law. 2.Where a summary proceeding is instituted, the court may delegate an expert to move, carry out inspection and hear the statements of witnesses he deems necessary. The court shall schedule a hearing to hear the litigants' comments on the expert's report and functions, in accordance with the rules set out in Part X of the present Law.
