This Decree Law aims to: 1. Enhance trust, encourage and facilitate Electronic Transactions of all kinds, and protect the rights of customers. 2. Keep pace with technological development to enhance Electronic Transactions in all sectors. 3. Promote digital transformation, investment, and provide electronic services to the public.
