1.TDRA shall create a list of the Licensees and their services and a list of the Electronic Identification System and the Qualified Electronic Signature and Seal Devices, include them in the UAE Trust List and publish them by any means it deems appropriate. 2.The two lists referred to in Clause (1) of this Article must include the basic information about the Qualified Trust Service Providers, the Qualified Trust Services provided thereby, and the details of the Qualified Electronic Signature and Qualified Electronic Seal Devices. 3.The Executive Regulations shall set the controls and conditions for the inclusion of Licensees, Trust Services and Qualified Trust Services in the UAE Trust List.
