The Qualified Electronic Time Stamp shall meet the following conditions: 1. The date and time are linked to the data in a way that prevents undetectable alteration of the data. 2. Relying on an accurate time source linked to UTC. 3. To be signed or sealed using a Reliable Electronic Signature or a Reliable Electronic Seal by a Qualified Trust Service Provider, or by any other method specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree Law. 4. Any other conditions specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree Law.
