A. Judgements issued by the DIFC Courts shall be rendered and enforced in the name of the Ruler, in accordance with this Law, DIFC Laws and Rules of the Courts. B. Judgements may be delivered by a single Judge in the event that more than one Judge has heard the proceeding. C. Judgements of the DIFC Courts may, from the date of the judgement, carry legal interest on the judgement sum. Such interest shall be: 1. at the rate fixed by the Rules of the Courts; or 2. at a rate that is lower than that fixed by the Rules of the Courts as the DIFC Court deems appropriate. D. Judgements, orders, and decisions issued by the DIFC Courts shall be issued: 1. under the seal of the DIFC Court; and 2. signed by the Judge, the Registrar, or an officer acting with the authority of the Registrar.
