A. The DIFC Courts may require the undertaking of all necessary oaths and affirmations upon written evidence for the purposes of a proceeding brought before it. B. For purposes of paragraph (A) of this Article, sworn written evidence to be used in proceedings in the DIFC Courts may be sworn before: 1. A Judge, a Judicial Officer or the Registrar; 2. A qualified lawyer; 3. Any person authorised to administer oaths in the State; or 4. Any other person authorised to administer oaths in the jurisdiction in which the evidence is sworn.
