A. Judges shall exercise their duties independently, adhering exclusively to the law, and their independence must not be undermined. B. Judges shall not be liable for any act or omission in the performance of their duties. C. No proceedings of any kind may be brought against a Judge on matters related to the performance of his duties except in accordance with the conditions, rules, and cases specified by the Regulation Governing the Affairs of the DIFC Courts’ Judges issued by the President.
