Book 5: Miscellaneous Provisions · Part 5: Use of Electronic Technologies in Criminal Procedures
1. The electronic signature shall have the same probative value of the physical signatures referred to in this law, as long as they observe the provisions set forth in the Law of Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
2. Electronic documents shall have the same probative value of authentic and privately-executed paper documents under this law, as long as they observe the provisions set forth in the Law of Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
