1. The Case Management Office of the court shall request the enclosure of the file of the case whose judgment is appealed in cassation, within three [3] days following the date of filing the statement of appeal in cassation, and the Case Management Office of the court issuing the contested judgment shall send the case file not later than six [6] days following the date of receiving the request. 2. The court shall adjudicate on the appeal in cassation after the deliberations are conducted, without pleadings, and after the report drawn up by a member thereof is read out. It may also hear the statements of the Public Prosecution, the attorneys of the parties or the parties themselves, if deemed necessary.
