A penalty of temporary imprisonment and a fine not less than (100,000) one hundred thousand AED shall be imposed on whoever establishes or runs a house for debauchery or prostitution, or who facilitates such practices, or assists by any means in establishing or running such a house. In all cases, a judgment shall be issued ordering the closure of the place and it shall not be allowed to reopen unless it is designated to deal in lawful business, and after approval of the Public Prosecution.
