Life imprisonment shall be imposed on: 1. Anyone who, through any unlawful means, seeks to obtain one of the State's defence secrets and does not intend to deliver or disclose it to a foreign country or a group that is hostile or aims to prejudice the security of the State, or to any of the persons working for their benefit. 2. Anyone who, by any means, discloses one of the State's defence secrets. 3. Anyone who plans or uses any means of communication, information technology or any other means with the intention to obtain, deliver or disclose any of the State's defence secrets. 4. Anyone who possesses or keeps without a licence or permission any written papers, publications, recordings, data or information that contain any of the State's defence secrets, or keeps or possesses them for the purpose of obtaining a private benefit. The penalty shall be death if the crime occurs during war time.
