Life imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who knowingly helps or aids a prisoner of war, a detained enemy soldier, citizen or agent, or a member of a group that is hostile or aims to prejudice the security of the State, or provides shelter, food, clothes, means of transport or any other form of assistance to anyone of them or hides them after escaping from detention.. The same penalty shall be imposed if the person who assists or aids resists the authorities that attempt to re-arrest anyone of the aforementioned persons. The penalty shall be death if such resistance results in the demise of someone.
