Upon the conviction of any of the crimes stipulated in this Law, the competent court may order: 1. The confiscation or destruction of the commodity and used material and tools, at the cost of the convicted party. 2. The closure of the shop or the place where the crime occurred for no longer than three months. 3. The publication of the judgement of conviction at the cost of the convicted party in two daily local newspapers, one of them issued in Arabic.
