Whoever violates any of the provisions of Articles (18), (19), (20) and (26) and the provisions of Clause Four of Article (8) of this Law, shall be imprisoned for no longer than six months and fined no less than 3,000 (three thousand) Dirhams and no more than 200,000 (two hundred thousand) Dirhams, or by one of these penalties. The penalty shall be doubled in the event of re-offence.
