1. The e-commerce providers registered within the State shall be required to provide the consumers and competent authorities in the State with their names, legal statuses, addresses, licensing authorities and sufficient information in Arabic on the provided commodity or service, and its specifications, terms of contracting, payment and warranty; as prescribed by the Executive Regulation of this Law. 2. The Ministry or the competent authority shall not be deemed responsible for the e-commerce transactions made through providers who are not licensed within the State.
