1. Federal Law No. (4) of 2012 Regulating Competition and any provision inconsistent with or repugnant to the provisions of this Decree-Law are hereby repealed. 2. The regulations and resolutions issued pursuant to the provisions of Federal Law No. (4) of 2012, including the Resolution Forming the Competition Committee, shall remain in force until they are replaced by others in accordance with the provisions hereof.
