1. The Minister, or the authority competent to issue the decision within the Concerned Authority or the Sectoral Regulatory Authority, as the case may be, shall issue a reasoned decision concerning the complaint within fifteen (15) working days from the date of submission of the final investigation report. 2. The Ministry, the Concerned Authority, or the Sectoral Regulatory Authority, as the case may be, shall notify all parties to the complaint of the decision within a period not exceeding five (5) working days from the date of issuance thereof.
