1. Where two or more individuals are owed a commercial debt, they shall be jointly liable for the repayment of such debt, unless otherwise provided by the Law or agreement. 2. The provision of Clause (1) above shall apply in case of multiple guarantors of a commercial debt, who shall be jointly liable with each other and with the debtor for the debt.
