1. The holder of a negotiable Cheque by endorsement is deemed to be its legal Bearer when they prove that they are the owner of the right to it by uninterrupted endorsements, even if the last one is a blank endorsement. 2. Crossed-out endorsements are deemed null and void, and if the blank endorsement is followed by another endorsement, the signatory of such endorsement is deemed to be the one to whom the right to the Cheque has devolved by the blank endorsement.
