1. Existing companies that are subject to this Decree Law shall have one year of the date of entry into force of this Decree Law to adjust their affairs. Such a time limit may be extended for a further period of similar duration by a resolution of the Cabinet based upon the proposal of the Minister. 2. Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in this Decree Law, any Company that fails to comply with the provisions of Clause [1] of this Article shall be considered dissolved in accordance with this Decree Law.
