1. The issued Capital of the Company shall not be less than [AED 5,000,000] five million dirhams and shall be paid in full. Such limit may be amended by a resolution of the Cabinet based upon the proposal of the Minister. 2. Private Joint Stock Companies existing and registered with the Ministry prior to the date of entry into force of this Decree Law shall be excluded from the minimum Capital set out under Clause [1] of this Article.
