Article 209 — Article (209) Nominal Value of Shares

1. Each share shall have a nominal value as specified in the AOA of the Company. 2. Shares may be issued against the payment of at least one quarter of their nominal value, so that the remaining value balance thereof shall be paid not later than three [3] years of the date on which the company is registered with the competent authority. 3. Subject to Clause [1] of this Article, the company may, under a special resolution and subject to prior approval of the SCA, split the nominal value of share.
