1 .The board of directors shall call the General Assembly to convene upon the request of the auditor. If the board fails to send out a notice of meeting within five [5] days of the date of the request, the auditor shall send it out. 2 .The General Assembly shall convene not less than fifteen [15] days and not more than thirty [30] days of the date of the notice of the meeting.
