Article 176 — Article (176) Shareholders' Request to Call the General Assembly Meeting

1. The board of directors of the company shall call the General Assembly to convene whenever one or more shareholders holding shares that represent at least [10%] of the company's shares requests so, so that the call to General Assembly is sent within five [5] days of the date of the request. The General Assembly shall convene within thirty [30] days of the date of call for the meeting. 2. The request referred to in Clause [1] of this Article shall be submitted to the headquarters of the company and shall indicate the purpose of the meeting and the matters to be discussed. The party calling for the meeting shall provide a certificate from the financial market on which the shares of the company are listed, indicating that the disposition of its own shares is prohibited upon its request until the meeting of the General Assembly is held.
