1. Whoever deliberately damages, malfunctions, causes risk to any air, land or water mean of transport, or hindered their services, for a terrorist purpose, shall be punished by life imprisonment. 2. The penalty shall be death or life imprisonment if such criminal act, mentioned in preceding clause, resulted in an injury to or death of any person. 3. The penalty shall be death if such criminal act resulted in death of any person. 4. The offender should be sentenced to a fine equal to twice the value of damaged assets or things.
