1. Whoever unlawfully seizes any air, land or water mean of transport, for a terrorist purpose, shall be punished by life imprisonment. 2. The penalty shall be death or life imprisonment if such criminal act, mentioned in preceding clause, resulted in an injury to any person, or if the offender resists public authorities, by force or violence, while performing their duties in restoring such seized conveyance. 3. The penalty shall be death if such criminal act resulted in death of any person.
