Section Two: Terrorist Crimes and Penalties · Chapter One: Crimes of Terrorist Activities

1. Whoever breaks into the headquarters of a diplomatic or consular mission, or the headquarters of one of the international bodies and organizations in the State, or a foreign institution, with intent to commit a terrorist crime, shall be punished by life or provisional imprisonment. 2. If such crime has been committed through using force, or through resorting to violence in deterring competent authorities, or through using a weapon, or if committed by more than one person, the penalty shall be life imprisonment. 3. The penalty shall be death if such act results in the death of a person.
