1. Either the depositor or the depositary may terminate the contract whenever they wish, provided that the termination does not occur at an inappropriate time. 2. If the deposit is for remuneration, neither party has the right to terminate before the expiry of the term, but the depositor may request the return of the deposit at any time if they pay the full remaining remuneration, unless otherwise agreed.
