1. Any act that is not an act of management and preservation requires a special agency specifying the type of act and the dispositions it entails, particularly in donations, sale, settlement, mortgage, acknowledgment, arbitration, administering and accepting an oath, and pleading before the court. 2. A special agency in a specific type of legal act shall be valid, even if the subject matter of this act is not specifically identified, unless the act is a donation.
