1. If the agency is expressed in general terms without specifying what is intended, it shall only grant the agent the power to perform acts of management. 2. Acts of management include leasing if its term does not exceed three (3) years, acts of preservation and maintenance, collection of rights, payment of debts, and any act of disposition required for management, such as the sale of crops, goods, or movables that are liable to rapid deterioration, and the purchase of what is necessary for the subject matter of the agency and for its preservation.
