1. The employee's wage is what they receive by virtue of the contract in money or in kind, in any form whatsoever. 2. If the wage is not specified in the contract, the employee shall be entitled to the wage of the like according to the prevailing custom. If there is no custom, the court shall assess it in accordance with the requirements of justice.
