1. The company may be named after the name or names of its partners or by a distinctive name, with the approval of the Competent Authority. 2. In the event of the withdrawal or death of the partner after whom the company is named or whose name or surname is included in its name, the company's name shall be amended in the records of the Competent Authority; however, the professional company may continue to bear their name or include it in its name with their written consent or the written consent of their heirs, as the case may be.
