1. The ownership of the subject matter of the sale shall be transferred to the purchaser as soon as the sale is concluded, unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise. 2. Each of the parties to the sale shall proceed to perform their obligations, except for those that are deferred. 3. The seller is obligated to do what is necessary to transfer ownership of the subject matter of the sale to the purchaser and to refrain from any act that would render such transfer of ownership impossible or difficult.
