1. The price shall be due for immediate payment, unless the parties agree that it shall be deferred or paid in instalments over a specified term. 2. If the price is deferred or to be paid in instalments, the term shall commence from the date of delivery of the subject matter of the sale, unless the parties agree otherwise.
