1. An increase in the price by the purchaser after the contract shall attach to the original contract if accepted by the seller, and the agreed price together with the increase shall constitute the consideration for the entire subject matter of the sale. 2. A reduction of the agreed price by the seller after the contract shall likewise attach to the original contract if accepted by the purchaser, and the remainder shall thereafter constitute the agreed price.
