1. If the subject matter of the obligation is determined by designation, it shall be delivered at the place where it was located at the time the obligation arose, unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise. 2. In other obligations, performance shall be at the place of the debtor's domicile at the time of performance, or at the place of the debtor's principal place of business if the obligation is related to such business.
