1. Performance shall be due immediately once the obligation has become definitively established in the debtor's liability, unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise. 2. In exceptional cases, and unless prohibited by law, the court may grant the debtor a reasonable time or allow performance by installments, if the debtor’s circumstances so require, and such deferment does not cause serious harm to the creditor.
