Article 193

1. If a contract is void or voidable in part, that part alone shall be void, unless it is established that the contract would not have been concluded without the part that is void or voidable, in which case the entire contract shall be void. 2. If a contract is void or voidable and the elements of another contract are present, the contract shall be deemed valid as the contract whose elements are present, if it is established that the intention of the contracting parties was directed towards the conclusion of that contract.
